Apparently HP Support is experiencing a large volume of customer calls from Gen8 customers asking for their SmartStart CDs. It seems that not everyone is aware that for both Gen8 ProLiant servers and Gen8 BladeSystems, SmartStart is replaced by Intelligent Provisioning which is initiated by pressing F10 during server POST.
