With increased resiliency, scalability and efficiency, HP continues to provide customers with enhanced capabilities for their most demanding large-scale, data-intensive x86 workloads and large databases. Shipments begin in May:
• BL620p G7 – industry-first x86 2-socket blade server with 1.0TB of memory
• BL680 G7 – industry-first x86 4-socket blade server with 2.0TB of memory
• DL580 G7 – 4-socket rack server capable of scaling to 2.0TB of memory
• DL980 G7 – 8-socket rack server capable of scaling to 4.0TB of memory (in future release)
